Ashley Argota is an American actor and singer who is popular for her performance as Lulu as well as Kelly Peckinpaugh on the Nickelodeon sitcoms True Jackson VP and Bucket & Skinner's Epic Adventures respectively. She had a recurring role in the role of Taylor on Disney XD's Lab Rats between 2014 and 2015, and as Lou Chan in the television show The Fosters between 2014 and 2016.
