There is a chance that one of Anne's agents rejected it because of her, but she didn't tell her. Glen Larson chose her initially and gave her a preliminary written script. She was to appear in the television series Battlestar Galactica, which aired from 1978. The character was not strong enough to convince her to take on the part. Glen wrote an entirely brand new character, Sheba that was more strong. She accepted the Living Legend's script after having read the first 25 pages. It ran for a single season. She co-starred in Joyride with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
